The owner of that company tells me that after being informed of its "Alger" pedigree, disclosures were made in the descriptive sales message and "Once I had satisfied myself that the car was in fact questionable I went back to the auction company and insisted that they buy the car back because I felt it had been sold to me under false pretenses. They did in fact buy the car back from me, but at substantially less than I paid for it."  Please remember this machine is still in the collector car pipeline.  Pass the word - let's hope we can save someone lots of agony.
